Q1: How do I apply for a loan?

A: Simply download the HappyCash app, sign-up using your mobile number, complete your profile with the required personal information and contacts information (for verification and repayment); and click apply!
Q2: Where can I receive the cash money?

A: Once your loan is approved, it will be deposited to your e-wallet or you can withdraw it over the counter.
Q3: Why is my loan application not approved?

A: As much as we’d love to cater to everyone, our loan decisions are based on HappyCash’s credit and underwriting model, which considers many factors in your loan application.
Q4: Why can't I receive a verification code?

A: Please ensure that your cellphone is running well, there may be some delays when your operator's server is busy. Please try again later.
Q5: What is the nominal loan that can be submitted and how long is the loan term?

A: The nominal loan that can be submitted is up to PHP25000.00 for a period of 90 days.
Q6: How long is the loan approval process?

A: After completing all the required information, your loan application will be processed as early as 5 minutes but no later than 1-24 hours.
Q7: Where can I see my loan application status?

A: Simply by doing this instructions:1. Log in to your account and you can easily check the status of your application.2. You can also reach our CSR hotlines for the latest status of your application.
Q8: If my loan is not approved, can I apply again?

A: At that time, it was not possible to reapply. You can try reapplying after 1-2 months.
Q9: How do I receive my loan?

Repayment

Q1: How do I make a payment?

Q2: What happens if I can't repay on my due date?

A: Late payment will affect your credit standing if it is not paid on time We will charge Interest of late payment and Penalty of late payment We surround you to pay on time to avoid penalties.
Q3: Will I receive payment reminders?

A: We will send a message and will contact you by phone as the due date approaches, reminding you to make payment on or before the due date.
Q4: I already made a payment. How long is the posting of my loan payment?

A: Verification of loan payments will be processed no later than 2 hour after you make a payment. If your payment has not been updated, please fill in the feedback.
